How do I report an Adverse Event?

You can submit Adverse Event Reports online, via email at QIGroup@americanhealthpackaging.com or by calling 1-800-707-4621.

To submit Adverse Event Reports to the FDA online, use the MedWatch Online Reporting Form (drug products) or the Safety Reporting Portal (dietary supplements). To report an event to the FDA by telephone, call 1-800-FDA-1088.


How do I report a product-related issue?

I suspect the American Health Packaging product I have received may be counterfeit. Who should I contact?

Your barcodes do not scan. What should I do?

First, ensure equipment is properly configured and that it is being used correctly. Next, refer to our barcode guide, which should provide further assistance.

I have a product that I think was manufactured by AHP. How can I be sure?

Our product catalog allows for searches across multiple fields of information. If you have a product description, NDC number, wholesaler item number, or other qualifying piece of information, our product catalog allows for search of that term.
